Growth comes from time

Graduate work in recent years, large and small also have contact. But for me the service industry is the most strange to me, the standard of service and almost no customer communication contact.
At the beginning of last October, I have the honor to join Huawei xintaoyuan sales department for the large family. This handsome guy, beauty, every one of my colleagues are very good, so I work in the future more vision.
Sales work for me every day is full of challenges. For customers booking, coordination room, arrange the client files, go out to visit old customers and develop new customers, follow up customer dining, meeting, each one has a standard process to it; actively participate in hotel activities, training and learning customer communication skills, this is as a sales should learn. According to the needs of each client, recommend different Fangxing for customers, conference rooms, restaurants, and vigorously promote the hotel product, every successful reception will provide customers again by the shop to lay the foundation, the feeling of fullness good!
Although the work will inevitably encounter problems, but the office of the leadership, colleagues will give me some guidance, let me get exercise in practice, leadership and encouragement of colleagues, make me feel the warmth of family, but also made me understand more to an effort to catch up the pace.
After more than a year of training, sales work is skilled, daily contact with all kinds of customers, customer satisfaction is the biggest affirmation of my work. I believe that through every reception to constantly sum up experience, learn from each other, they will grow faster. I know that the sale of the road has just begun.
